3. What material have you used in your products?

Our products are made of 100% food grade silicone material. All materials meet FDA, LFGB, and DGCCRF standards, ensuring compliance with international food safety requirements. We can provide material certification reports.

4. Are you a manufacturer? Do you accept OEM orders?

5. What do you need for custom-made silicone products?

To provide an accurate quote, we'll need your 2D/3D drawings or product samples, along with your specific requirements such as quantity, material preferences, and any special features. If you don't have drawings, we can also work from photos or detailed descriptions.

6. Will you accept a custom logo or custom mold?

7. For custom-designed products, what is the minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ ranges from 100 to 5,000 pieces, depending on product size, complexity, and material requirements. For simple small products, MOQ is typically 100-500 pcs; for larger or complex products, MOQ can be 1,000-5,000 pcs.

8. Who will pay for the custom silicone mold if I need a custom design?

For custom designs, customers will need to pay for the mold cost. The mold is fully owned by you and can be used for all future orders.

9. If I pay for a sample mold, do I still need to pay for a mass production mold?

Yes. Sample molds are designed for small-scale testing only. For mass production, a dedicated production mold is required for consistent quality and higher efficiency.

10.How do you ship the order?

For bulk orders, we offer sea or air freight. For small orders, we use express services like DHL, FedEx, TNT, or UPS. We'll provide tracking numbers once your order ships.
